Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a fresh sprig of mint (optional for garnish)

Method

MIXER / HAND MIXER INSTRUCTIONS:

Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until it reaches a stiff consistency. (If using a stainless steel bowl, it's best to first chill the bowl in the freezer)

NUETRA BULLET / BLENDER INSTRUCTIONS:

Place ingredients in a high power blender. Whip on high speed for about 30 seconds or until the cream has thickened.
